Chroma ATE's Strong 2023 Brand Performance Recognized by Top 40 Best Taiwan Global Brands Award

01 Dec 2023

Chroma ATE is proud to have been listed among the 2023 Top 40 Best Taiwan Global Brands for the fifth consecutive year, with an impressive 22% brand value increase compared to 2022. This brand survey is a collaboration by the Taiwanese Ministry of Economic Affairs and Interbrand, the world's first ISO 10668-certified organization renowned for its international authority in brand value analysis. Using a model similar to the one used in Bloomberg Businessweek’s "The 100 Top Brands", the survey incorporates both quantitative financial analysis and qualitative analysis of brand management, providing an international benchmark for Taiwanese businesses seeking to assess their global brand value.

Empowering Future Technologies for a Better World

Chroma develops test and intelligent automation solutions empowering future technologies for the betterment of society and the world.

In 2023, Chroma refreshed its brand strategy with a redefined vision: "Empowering future technologies for a better world" and mission: "Enabling quality innovation at every step with reliable solutions". Strongly established in the test & measurement industry, Chroma believes in the truth of measurements and the trust of partnerships. The company’s advanced solutions test and measure the quality of customers' products with the ambition of making them better, more effective, and ultimately thriving in the marketplace. By delivering truth in constructive, open, and trusted partnerships, Chroma enables the development of innovative technologies for a better world for all.

ESG and Sustainable Operations

In addressing the challenges of climate change, Chroma closely aligns with the guidelines presented by the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) under the Financial Stability Board (FSB). Chroma’s dedicated ESG working group conducts analyses on the impacts of climate change, assessing both the risks involved and the responses initiated by Chroma. The company also continues to identify new product and market opportunities brought along with the increasing focus on climate change. Chroma has committed to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050, concentrating efforts on environmental audits in production and office environments, process improvements, and green product design, progressively moving towards net-zero from a low-carbon starting point.

At the awards ceremony, Interbrand recommended two key development strategies for Taiwanese brands: "FOCUS" and "OPEN". This echoes the strategy of the Chroma brand, centered on its core test & measurement business while embracing an open-mind approach. In sync with the evolving global landscape of AI, 5G, ESG, and other advancements, Chroma confidently expands its brand boundaries to maintain a strong competitive edge.
