The Board of Directors have approved Dr. I-Shih Tseng as CEO of Chroma ATE Inc., effective from January 1, 2026.

Dr. I-Shih Tseng joined Chroma in 1998 and before joining Chroma, he served as Project Manager in the Institute for Information Industry. Prior to the promotion of I-Shih to CEO, he is the president of Integrated System Solutions & Optical Inspection Systems business units at Chroma. I-Shih received his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, and B.S. from National Taiwan University. His technical expertise includes semiconductor testing systems, system automation, and mechanical engineering.
