Chroma's 3260 full-range ATC SLT Handler features a robust 6-site architecture, supporting tri-temp testing from -40 ˚C to 150 ˚C with cooling power up to 1,800 W. Powered by the tri-temp Sea Cobra-E Gen 1 thermal engine, it delivers TSD functionality for precise T-junction monitoring, and rapid, real-time temperature feedback.

The system can also be equipped with a high-power PTC cooling module, capable of maintaining device temperatures below 80 ˚C under thermal loads up to 450 W. Optimized for advanced test scenarios such as PoP and RF testing, the 3260 ensures fast, reliable and consistent performance in the most demanding thermal environments.
