62000P&62000Hソフトパネルは直流電源テストに必要な機能を備えています。
- 基本機能：電圧と電流設定値を出力し、UUTの入力電圧、電流及び電力を測定します。レポート機能の設定があれば指定したデータを出力します。
- LISTモード：LISTモードはそれぞれ個別に電圧、電流、dwell timeの設定が可能です。設定データは100個保存可能です。
自動車規格準拠テスト対応
62000P&62000Hソフトパネルは自動車用規格のISO 16750-2、GS 95024-2、VW 80000、LV 123、LV 148に準拠した試験が実行可能です。テストパラメータの微調整も可能です。
